Parents want their children to be good in everything particularly in their studies so as aside from giving words of encouragement they also provide some amazing rewards that their child will love. Parents seek for on where their child is interested and think of the better reward from it. Rewards may be a privilege, a thing or a sometimes an activity that they can do with the entire family such as finding a Disney guide. Experts have also seen the advantage of giving the children some rewards particularly the kids as they tend to give all their best just to have that reward.

There are many rewards to choose from but parents do have to know their kids very well to be able to determine the best rewards that will make them happy. The preschoolers have different interest with the elementary school children and teenagers and so parents must take an effort to know about it.

Preschoolersa parent can surprise his kid with a trip to a wonderful place and so his first choice is to find a good guide to Walt Disney. Kids also enjoy making some mud pies and having a piggy-back ride in his dad. Going to a picnic or having a special dessert in a family night is also an amazing reward to do as well as the toys.

Elementary School Children – parents can give them with a time to go to a ball game, eating out, going someplace with mom or dad, going to a fishing trip, taking time off from chores, camping in the backyard going to the movies with friends, calling grandmother for the success, ordering a pizza and having a special after-school snacks.
Teens – young adults love to have a time for dates or hanging out with friends and so daughters can be given some time to shop together with her pals. Sons on the other hand would love to have the freedom to use their car or having a checking account of their own.

Rewards are a great solution to motivate a child to do best but this should be given along with words of encouragement for him to understand that achievements are not only because of the rewards. In this way the parents can be to have a well-raised child that will be admired by many. The level of hard work a child had should be paid by a good reward such as a trip to a magical place. This is through having a guide to Walt Disney that will make them feel the best enjoyment and enchantment.

Discipline can be achieve as parents give the reward that a child deserves but with words that make them understand the true meaning of achievement. They should educate the kids that they should work hard not only because of the rewards but because of their future. Rewards will not be an effective motivation when done alone because the kids could not understand about it. Focus and determination can only be achieved with proper care and teaching to the little ones.
